Roast a whole pig (how to make Lechon).
This video was taken in the Philippines during my holiday. The persons who are doing the Lechon have worked in lechonan (Professional people for business) for15 years. The ingredients and methods they used is nothing to do with Lutong pang Pamilya.. the BEE Ching is the secret ingredients they used to make the skin Crispy and it will stay crispy for 24 hours, alternatively, according to them you can use milk specifically ALPINE evaporated milk, but the crispy skin will only stayed for 2 hours, so therefore you have to serve immediately.
